Renee Arrington Obituary

Renee M Arrington, age 98 of Byfield, formerly of Lynn died Sunday April 5th at Country Manor for Health and Rehabilitation in Newburyport after a brief illness.  She was the wife of the late Martin J Pawlowski with whom she shared 38 years of marriage, and the late George H Arrington with whom she shared 6 years of marriage.  Born in Lewiston Me she was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Marie (Gulph) LaRocque.  She attended schools in Lynn.  She was employed at the General Electric in Lynn as an assembler during WWII.  She lived in Lynn until moving to Byfield in 1987.  Renee was a member of the former St. Michael’s Church in Lynn and St Mary's Church in Georgetown.  She enjoyed going to Senior Centers in Lynn, Saugus and Peabody.  She was an avid Line Dancer, enjoyed Beano and going to Foxwoods and traveling with her friends.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Martin J and his wife Theresa Pawlowski, Jr of Byfield, one daughter Janice P. and her husband Dexter Bishop of Topsfield, four grandchildren, Donna and her husband Daniel Kielty of Beverly, Mark and his wife Karen Bishop of Bradford, Renee Pawlowski of Tewksbury, and Alina Pawlowski of Amesbury, three great grandchildren, Jake Kielty and Tyler and Kyle Bishop and many nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Marcielle Granahan and Gilbert and Robert LaRocque.

Service Details:  Private Services were held at the Parker Funeral Home, 35 Franklin St, Lynn, followed by interment of ashes in the St Mary's Cemetery Lynn.
