Ernest Linwood Wilson

Ernest L. Wilson, age 89, of Lynn died Thursday at Salem Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of Marilyn A. (Crowe) Wilson with whom he spent 70 years of marriage.

Born in Lynn, he was the son of the late Linwood and Mary (MacDonald) Wilson. Ernie attended Lynn public schools. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two nieces, six nephews and many great nieces and nephews, and his sister-in-law, Elizabeth "Betty" Crowe of Peabody. He was predeceased by two brothers, Malcolm L. Wilson and Azel R. "Paul" Wilson.

Service Details: Visiting hours will be held at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St., Lynn, on Tuesday from 11:00 – 12:00, followed by funeral services at 12:00 PM to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
