Earl T. Allen, Jr. age 92 years of Lynn died Monday Sept. 25th at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a brief period of declining health. He was the husband of Lisa E. (Tucker) Allen with whom he shared 15 years of marriage.
Born in Lynn he was the son of the late Earl T. and Helen (Giglio) Allen, Sr. He attended Lynn schools and graduated from Lynn Classical High School, Class of 1950. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean War. Earl graduated from Wagner Sign School, after graduating he opened Allen Signs in Lynn, where he designed and installed signs for many business’ and organizations all over New England. A lifelong resident of Lynn Earl enjoyed art and was an accomplished artist. He was a former member of the Volunteer Yacht Club.
In addition to his wife he is survived by one brother Ronald Allen of Lynn and several nieces and nephews.
Service Details: Graveside services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery on Wednesday Oct. 4th at 11:00 AM to which relatives and friends are invited to attend.
