Brian Antonellis, of Lynn, age 46, died Tuesday January 19th at Lahey Medical Center Burlington after a sudden illness. Born in Waltham, he was the son of Cynthia J. (Lang) Hawkins of Lynn and the late Robert A. Antonellis. Brian attended Lynn schools and graduated from Lynn Vocational Technical Institute, Class of 1992. He was employed as a Plumber and worked for E. Amanti and Sons Mechanical Contractors and JJRG Williams Plumbing and Heating in Lynn. Brian was a true Boston sports fan always cheering on the Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins. A dog lover, Brian belonged to dog training groups in Boston, Florida and New Hampshire doing the sport of Schutzhund. In Brian’s spare time, he volunteered for Jimmy Fund at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute or you would find him cooking up a masterpiece in the kitchen.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his maternal grandmother Lorraine Lang of Lynn, his fiancé Raquel Morales of Woburn, a brother Chris and his wife Sarah Antonellis of Denver, CO, a daughter Brittany and her husband Dustin Lopatic of Florida, 2 nieces Lean Rose and Alexandra Grace Antonellis both of Denver, CO, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles. He also leaves behind his beloved German Shepherds Kyro and Mya.
Service Details: Brian’s visiting hours will be held at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Monday from 3:00 – 6:00 PM, following the guidelines recommended by the CDC and the City of Lynn. Funeral service will be private.
