Sandra L. (Swenson) Crane

Sandra L. Crane, age 68 years, of Saugus, formerly of Lynn died Tuesday at her home after a brief illness. She was the former wife of the late James Stevens, Sr. and wife of the late James L. Crane, with whom she shared several years of marriage.

Born in Lynn she was the daughter of the late Alice and Carl Swenson, Sr. She grew up in Lynnfield and graduated from Lynnfield High School, Class of 1968. Sandra was employed as a Lead Inspector at the General Electric for 32 years and retired to spend time with her family, especially her great grandson and her beloved dog Bella. She enjoyed gardening, and camping in the White and Green Mountains and the Poconos.

She is survived by one son Sean P. and his wife Lisa Stevens of Saugus, three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Service Details: Grave side services will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Lynn on Friday at 11:00 AM to which relatives are invited to attend. Please make memorial donations to the Saugus Animal Hospital in Sandra Crane’s memory for the continuing care of her beloved dog Bella, 300 Broadway Saugus, MA 01906.
