Joanne Richard Stevens, age 51, of Marblehead, formerly of Lynn died Monday May 14, 2018, after a lengthy illness. Born in Lynn she was the daughter of Emery and Helen Richard of Marblehead. She attended Lynn schools and graduated from Lynn English High School. Joanne formerly was employed at Bass River helping people with development disabilities. She was very fond of animals and rescued many dog and cats. She was an exceptional mother who loved her children unconditionally.
In addition to her parents she is survived three children Gary, Jordan, and Jessica Stevens all of Florida, a sister Nicole Barreto and her wife Cynthia.
Service Details: There will be a Memorial Gathering of friends and family at the Parker Funeral Home 35 Franklin St. Lynn on Friday May 25th from 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
