Bernadine passed away peacefully on May 29, 2017 in Goffstown NH, surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness.  She was the beloved wife of the late Lester A. Davis Sr., with whom she shared 43 years of marriage.

Born in Lubec, Maine on September 23, 1918 to Margaret and James Denbow, she was the last survivor of 14 children all of whom lived rich and full lives.

Bernadine attended public school in Lubec, Maine and was married to Lester A. Davis Sr. on July 4th, 1936.

Although she had a few jobs outside of the home in her younger years, she spent most of her life as a wife and homemaker. Bernadine was the consummate wife, mother and grandmother who was actively involved in caring for all her children and Grand Children.

Bernadine loved cooking, gardening, working in the yard, shopping and visiting her family. Her most famous dishes were homemade corn chowder and Lemon Meringue Pie and everyone always looked forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners to enjoy her pie making skills.

Bernadine lived a very full life and enjoyed each and every one of her 98 years.

She leaves behind 4 generations of loving family who will miss her immensely.

Bernadine is survived by her three Children; Jeanette Boudreau of Goffstown, NH, Beverly Davis of Raymond, ME. and Lester A.
